Pupils with reduced mobility
As soon as the situation comes to light, the infirmary must be informed. The infirmary will organise a meeting with the parents, the class teacher and the school management before the pupil is allowed to return to school. A medical certificate must be provided.
The aim of the meeting is to organise the day’s activities according to the pupil’s timetable, to ensure their safety and well-being and to discuss the following points, among others:
1. Transport
If bus: parents must contact the transport office:
If by car: contact BRK-SECRETARIAT-NUR-PRI@eursc.eu to obtain permission to park in the school parking lot after approval by the Management.
2. Cantine
If a change from hot meals to sandwiches is required, parents should contact cantine: euro.school.vorst@compass-group.be.
3. Playtime and the lunch break: measures to be taken
4. Physical education: measures to be taken
5. Primary: internal mobility.
6. Authorisation to use the lift accompanied by an adult: contact BRK-SECRETARIAT-NUR-PRI@eursc.eu
7. Possible change of classroom: contact lieke.nijhof@eursc.eu
