eTwinning Projects at EEB1: Celebrating International Collaboration and Recognition
We are thrilled to share the achievements of last year’s eTwinning projects at EEB1, which brought international collaboration and innovation to our school.
Led by Ms. Marijana Smolcec and Ms Iva Rukavina the project “It’s All About Christmas“ engaged last year’s S2 classes in exploring Christmas traditions with peers from two Bulgarian schools. Conducted in both French and English, the project included exchanging paper and e-cards, hosting a lively videoconference, and creating shared posters showcasing our different Christmas traditions. This effort earned the eTwinning National Award from the Belgian National Support Organisation.
In addition to this success, Ms. Smolcec, with several of hers last year’s S5L2 English students (Leon, Barbara and Elizabete) participated in another eTwinning project under the name “What Intelligences”, in collaboration with schools from Italy and Croatia. This project achieved even greater recognition, earning both the National eTwinning Quality Label and the European Quality Label, celebrated across all partner countries. Students explored the topics of multiple but also artificial intelligence, conducted surveys, presentations and created valuable materials.
Congratulations to all students and teachers involved in these remarkable projects!
Hope we have many examples of eTwinning collaborations in the future.
