Access badge for parent/guardian

General information
  • Badges are valid from year to year. You do not need to request a new one each year, except in case of loss or for a new accompanying person.
  • Each family can request up to 3 badges maximum.
  • A badge is mandatory for pedestrian access to the school under the criteria listed below.
Who needs a badge?

📍 Berkendael Site | A badge is required for:

  • Parents/accompanying persons of pupils M1, M2, P1, P2 who drop off or pick up their child at school.
  • Parents/accompanying persons of pupils M1 to P5 using the OIB Garderie at Berkendael.
  • Parents/accompanying persons of pupils M1 to P5 participating in APEEE extracurricular activities.

📍 Uccle Site | A badge is required for:

  • Parents/accompanying persons of pupils M1, M2, P1, P2 who drop off or pick up their child at school.
  • Parents/accompanying persons of pupils M1 to S2 using the OIB Garderie at Uccle.
📅 Order deadlines

For new families:

  • PHASE 1: Order before June 30.
  • PHASE 2: Order before July 25.
  • PHASE 3 and PHASE 4: order as soon as possible (2-3 weeks processing time).

 

 How to obtain a badge?
Step 1: Fill in the order form CLICK HERE
Step 2 : Make a bank transfer of 15 EUR per badge* Bank account number BE39 3100 9225 0019
Payment reference: Parent/guardian badge – First name and SURNAME  of the child grade

Example : for a badge for the parent/guardian of Anna Smith please indicate:

Parent/guardian badge – Anna SMITH – P1FRa

⚠ Requests will only be processed after receipt of the bank transfer.
