Access badge for parent/guardian
General information
- Badges are valid from year to year. You do not need to request a new one each year, except in case of loss or for a new accompanying person.
- Each family can request up to 3 badges maximum.
- A badge is mandatory for pedestrian access to the school under the criteria listed below.
Who needs a badge?
📍 Berkendael Site | A badge is required for:
- Parents/accompanying persons of pupils M1, M2, P1, P2 who drop off or pick up their child at school.
- Parents/accompanying persons of pupils M1 to P5 using the OIB Garderie at Berkendael.
- Parents/accompanying persons of pupils M1 to P5 participating in APEEE extracurricular activities.
📍 Uccle Site | A badge is required for:
- Parents/accompanying persons of pupils M1, M2, P1, P2 who drop off or pick up their child at school.
- Parents/accompanying persons of pupils M1 to S2 using the OIB Garderie at Uccle.
📅 Order deadlines
For new families:
- PHASE 1: Order before June 30.
- PHASE 2: Order before July 25.
- PHASE 3 and PHASE 4: order as soon as possible (2-3 weeks processing time).
How to obtain a badge?
