School Expenses

Parents are required to pay school charges annually for each child enrolled at the school.

 

Please don’t confuse SCHOOL FEES with SCHOOL EXPENSES!

Please note that school expenses are invoiced independently of the school fees (minerval).

The invoice for school expenses and, where applicable, the school fees, is sent by post[1] at the beginning of each school year (October – November). It must be paid by bank transfer within the stipulated deadline. School expenses are fixed and non-refundable.

[1] As the invoice is sent by post, it is important that your details are up to date in the school's database. Please report any changes to your personal details to UCC-ENROLMENTS@eursc.eu (for UCCLE) or BRK-ENROLMENTS@eursc.eu (for BERKENDAEL).
